We provide affordable consulting services to organizations engaged in the social sector–organizations that create social good. We help clients reach their goals and maximize their social impact, ultimately aiming to create a more sustainable, equitable world for all.
Our mission is in line with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Kenan-Flagler Business School’s sustainability goals, allowing us to work in comfort with our university’s priorities.

Our Student Offerings
1. Firm Mentorship Program – in 2022, we’e excited to offer mentors for each project team Our mentors for the Spring 2022 semester are from Bain!
2. Networking Database – in our efforts to create a stronger alumni network and resource hub at 180DC UNC, we’re launching a networking database that will allow our members to connect with alum working at incredible companies.
3. PL Training and Mentorship – we are committed to organizational improvement. That’s why we created a PL Playbook to help project leaders at 180DC navigate the common experiences of leading a student team. Mentorship is also provided through Senior Advisors.
4. Mandated Senior Advisor Check-Ins – senior advisors at 180DC are now required to check-in with project teams and project leaders, providing guidance. They will also review client deliverables for your team to ensure quality.
5. 180 Academy Shadowing – 180 Academy members will have the opportunity to shadow project teams and get experience learning from 180DC consultants.
6. 180 Academy Playbook – the 180 Academy Playbook is a resource for freshman, giving them early career guidance and resources to succeed.
